Could improper timing be causing this? It sounds to extreme to be just the carb needing work. The cap and plugs+wires are all new:confused:

Blowing chuncks don't sound good, and the throwing of the chuncks, how far? It's gotta be building pressure to blow chuncks.
(No goofy jokes about puking, or that chuncks is a dog, it wouldn't be prudent.)
