benaneely
I need some advice. My Loyale spun a rod bearing and I was going put a new CCR engine in it, but instead invested in a new car. It sucks, but now I don't know what to do about the Loyale. It is the 2 WD sedan, manual, and I really do love that car. I am not sure if I can salvage money out of it or if I need take it to the junk yard. Funny, but the bearing spun back and listening to it you can't even tell somethings wrong with it. Please help if you can. Everyone on the board seems very helpful. Thanks.
benaneely
You know, thats what I thought, but talking to my mechanic friend, he says that it will spin back and possibly lock up the engine. The car I have now is low miledge so i am going to keep it. i still have the Ru though...

benaneely
A beetle with an EJ22? Thats amazing. Was that hard to do? I would love to get a bug back. Thanks for all the suggestions. I think that I am actually just going to try to sell it. I don't have the cash to fix the engine in it now and have a severe need for money anyways. Mostly I just wanted to know what clever ideas everyone on the board had. I won't be selling it for a couple months though just to see if this is what I really want to do.
