Guest hocrest
Does anybody know if there are any adverse effects to putting rear struts/coils from an outback onto my legacy. I'm not quite ready to go for mudrat's lift kit, but a little more height and maybe some larger wheels and tires would be nice at times. Also is there a difference between sedan and wagon rear pieces. I checked a couple online sources and some seemed to have different selections for sedan and wagon, and some didn't show a difference. Guest wrxsubaru
I dont think there would be any adverse afects, ecept a lifted rear end. I think there are diffrences between the sedan and the wagon springs because of the weight diffrences.
Guest Legacy777
You should be able to put outback stuff on your legacy. Make sure you get the whole assembly, struts, coils, etc. Yes there is a difference in struts & springs for wagons & sedans. As mentioned the wagon is a little heavier and meant to haul stuff, so it's rear spring/strut combo is a little firmer.
Guest hocrest
That may work out better, as my trunk and back seat are usually filled with oxygen tanks, and other equipment... Thanks for the help:)
