Guest Domaru
Hello Everyone: My wife is in the market for a small(ish) 4wd.(She needs a vehicle she can enter easily as she has a bad back.) Over the last few days we have narrowed it down to a 2002 Outback H6-3.0 VDC Sedan. This vehicle was driven by the dealership owner and has 12k on it. It is in showroom condition and is being sold as a demo for $32K Canadian. Apparently they were 42K New. I am told the 94's do not have VDC. Can anyone advise me if this is a good buy and if there are any problems I should know about. ..Sounds like a lot for an 02 Bill Spears
Guest Legacy777
That's really not bad for that car. FYI for others.....$32k canadian is aprox $23k USD Dealer demo cars, depending on who drives them can be thrashed on, but most likely the owner is going to be a little nicer then some of the salesman. The two main selling points of that car is the VDC system and the H6. Two very nice componants and will give you an excellant handling vehicle in slippery, wet, & dry conditions. You may want to do some more hunting on the price though, see if that's a reasonable price for a car of that age & mileage.
