I ran across this on Evilbay. Should help those of us that don't want to cut metal in the doors and still get some decent 4 inchers in there.

Ten bucks plus shipping? And only made of MDF to boot, I'll make my own thanks. Good idea though...

MDF is not the best choice for states where the doors experience rain and extreme weather...

But making your own is not hard, they don't have to be pretty or perfectly round.
