question on hitachi power valve

what 'in Hg' does it open up at? anybody know? 5.5Hg? 6.5Hg?

This is an old post, but if you have not found the answer yet, it means inches (column) of mercury. It is a pressure measurement, in the same units that a barometer uses. (5 in Hg is approximately 2.5 psi).
