OEM Legacy/Outback Subwoofer VS Impreza/WRX Sub

Has anybody installed the Impreza/WRX sub in a Legacy/Outback? The Impreza sub is rated for 120W while the Legacy sub is only 80. WIll these two parts swap without any problems? The pictures look the same. They both go for around $190.
