renob123 Posted March 4, 2009 Share Posted March 4, 2009 What size drill bit have people been using when drilling 6-lug wheels to Subaru's 4-lug pattern? I used a 35/64 bit, and I have a hard time getting the wheels back off the hub. I'd like to go to a bigger bit, but I don't know how big would be too big. Thanks. If they aren't and you keep making the holes bigger until they fit, then you'll end up with studs that are not centered in the hole which could be a problem. Yeah, I feel pretty good about the holes being in the right place. The wheel just kept getting stuck taking it off last night.
