Getting recalls fixed?

This maybe a dumb question but I found an open recall on my car.
WXI66 Open Throttle Body Assemblies
I don't live near the original dealer anymore can I take it to any Subaru dealer to have this recall fixed?

That shouldn't be a problem, but you could call SoA and ask them beforehand -- have your VIN handy.
