I am replacing the water pump, idlers and timing belt on my moms 02 Outback, but I made the mistake of not setting everything at zero before removing the belt and I can't seem to get it all lined up now. Any help in a hurry would be greatly appreciated.

you could always count the teeth...take a look here... http://endwrench.com...BeltEWWin05.pdf there are also a few more t-belt articles on that website....
