go buy a windshield knife, heat the blade with a propane torch and go at it. Another trick is to take a jig saw and make a sharpened blade for it from an old piece of banding material. Cit it out from inside the car, but be careful not to cut too far and ruin the paint on the outside. After you've removed about 300 of them, they're pretty easy.
