Driving today my tranny make a loud bang, felt it from under the car. then rmps raised to 4,000 still driving. Ultimately lost reverse, and now care just reves no go. lol. Sometimes it goes back in gear but slips under load and back to no go. Time for new or rebuit trans I think . Anyways anyhelp or just concur with what I'm already afraid of

Yes I am a stupid stupid person. What it was was a hose leaking going from the fuel pump. It had a small split in it. So when under higher pressure ie. tank being full it leaked bad when gas was low it was hardly noticable except also in warmer weather. yeah I thought it would be rough. I'm going to research the leak further if I can because I have a small spot in my driveway on the passenger side towards the rear. How can you access the hoses and stuff (ie fuel pump) or do you need to remove the tank. tim

Okay I don't have a leaking filler tube and I don't know where the leak is coming from all I know is there is a leak. I have a different tank and need to know where to start to replace. From the looks of it is a big big task. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Tim

problem was with plastic side cracked about 6 inches. Replacing radiator, aftermarket not plastic like the original. cool. Thanks, Tim

Well I'm no professional, but I changed thermostats yesterday, but it seems the car will still get hot after a bit and the heater is working and not working. But when after awhile it blows steam and water from the passenger bottom side of the radiator. Is this a defective radiator or somthing worse. Help please. Thanks, tim

not the neck that checked out okay seems to be a seam between the top and bottom?????? Tim

Okay I posted a little while back about a leaking gas tank in a 90 sub legacy. No lines were leaking but I noticed seapage from the top corner of the tank close to the passengers side tire. Is there any way just to seal the top seam with anything. This must only happen when the tank is full because its not leaking now. Thanks Tim

Help please, I just recently filled up my tank and for the first time I've notice a fuel smell when in the garage. After researching a bit I have found gas leaking from the tank on the rear passenger side. Does this indicate a bad fuel tank? I need to know how to if I need to drop the tank and replace. Hi, I have a 90 Subaur Legacy 2.2 non-turbo and it just recently started leaking at first a drip of water on the passenger side floorboard not the whole floor mat is wet. Is this the heater core? I was running the ac quite a bit recently as its been 100 the last few days. Thanks in advance for any help. Biscuit

Hello, My 90 Sub Legacy Sedan was in a minor but major accident. I have all the replacement parts, two fenders and replacement bumber absorber and bumper cover. It was hit in the drivers side front end. Some people say that it can be pulled back out with the new fender to reference. My question is that the radiator support and the support that the hood lock is on is welded. If pulling dosen't work is there a way to replace that welded things or am I looking at a lot of work ect. I have all replacements which I suppose would mean unwelding from the other car. any advice would be appreciated. Thanks, Tim

I need some help deciding which replacement struts to use on my 90 legacy AWD LS. The ones I have on now are leaking bad and I get a little tire rub in the back on some bumps LOL. I have read a lot about KYB. But I was looking for adjustables but I don't think they make them for this year. If anyone has sugestions I'd be really thankful.
