Yea...do a search. The gas saved compared to the cost to have everything that wears out replaced makes it so you just wanna keep it in AWD...more ecconomical.

An SVX with a 2.0l turbo would make me drool. How often does the dog ride with you? If its just once and a while for a little bit...go with the SVX. If you do it all the time for hours on end...maybe the Legacy would be better.

If you want the room for your dog and other junk...get a turbo legacy. If you want a real nice sports car...get a SVX. If I were you I would go for whatever I came across first in the nicest condition at the best price. Either would be an awesome car.

Maybe renting a small carpet cleaner and doing the floors and seats? Add a little mildew killer to the water before washing it. Dunno if this will do it...but its worth a shot :-/

After the oil seals in my 95 got changed it ticked...then one day it stoped. Well...both my subies tick..but not as bad as they did after the seals.

I heard to beat emissions you can let your tank get down to like 1/4 of a tank and put in a whole bunch of the Heet alcohol additive. It will be running off moslty alcohol and should be real clean. I dont know if this works...but it might.

Call the other persons insurance company and tell them you want a new car or you'll be going to court. Tell them that you cannot keep having it repaired and need it done NOW or a new car. See how that goes.
