  1. When my cam seals leaked I used 20w50 until it could be fixed...thicker oil seemed to leak less. 215,000 miles on that car and it consumes no oil between changes.
  2. Ok, Skip and I are gonna do a convoy. We are meeting at the enterece ramp to the Turnpike at New Stanton at 6:30am on Saturday morning. We hope to arrive at Carlisle around 9 - 10am on Saturday morning. If anyone else wants in on this shoot me an email or PM me.
  3. There wasn't any interst in a convoy from Western PA so i'll be there around 9 - 10am on Saturday and i'll head out on Saturday night and hit up a hotel on the way home. I am looking forward to this...it'll be a sweet ***** time
  4. I should post this some other place but I might as well post it here...heh...but today...for the first time ever...I saw a Brat in person...I was behind one on my way home from my girlfriends. Anyways, a list should be made of what kind of car everyone is bringing. That'd be cool.
  5. Cant you pull a fuse and make it FWD? Is that for manuals only? Do you get better gas mileage this way?
  6. ok, I just need to picth a tent...lol. Lemme know whats going down. mattocs@zoominternet.net or PM me. If you are gonna call and get the site ask if we can park cars on the site....thanks
  7. If you get a campsite lemme know and i'll split the cost with you. If not i'm just gonna head home Saturday night / early Sunday and get some sleep on the way home.
  8. expext to pay more...possibly double that for a decent once (low miles, etc) But who knows...you might find a deal. If it has the 2.2l engine then you should be find...just some ticking and whatnot...nothing to worry about. Good luck.
  9. I have a plug in the back of my wagon (like a cig. lighter...but for a power source)...get a power inverter and we can hook a TV to it!
  10. I drive a truck for AVI Foodsystems. (pop, chips, candy, food, coffee, etc)
  11. I can get buns. I'll check out a local bread outlet and see how much. Lemme know how many burger and hotdog buns to get.
  12. So who wants to bring what? I can get a cooler full of burgers or bring a small grill. Lemme know whats going on with this
  13. Depending on mileage...if it has over like 65000 miles tell them it needs a timing belt job (if not already done) and try to get them to go like $1000 lower because of this.
  14. that car must be sweet. They didnt make Legacy GTs in the US until 1996 and I dont think they ever made a turbo model. I want one :'(
  15. Heh. I could buy a cheap grill on the way out if needed (we have a Kenmore Elite here at home...now way I could bring that.) Or I could stop and get a cooler full of burgers and hotdogs or something. It'll be a swell time eating burgers and BS'ing about Subarus
  16. Gotta few questions. Anyone wanna do a convoy from Western PA? I am right on I-79 and I-80. So people from Westnern PA, Ohio, and etc. would be good for this. Lemme know if anyone wants in on this. Since we get a tent for our club can we BBQ? Someone can bring a grill and we can make burgers and hotdogs. Lemme know on these
  17. 190,000 miles when the original clutch and battery were replaced in my 1995 Legacy (summer 2003) Brakes and roters changed in early 2003. Coolent temp sensor changed in summer 2003. Everything else is original. 213,000 miles as of right now.
  18. Flashlight. Some regular plyers (can be used for all sorts of things) Maybe a gallon of water?
  19. I just put 1995 Legacy L when I registerd and the one I am bringing is a 1996 Legacy Outback...so its pretty close
