  1. I just got my car back on the road after two weeks of putting a 4 inch lift on it. I drove it around last night for a while and it did good. I was exited. Then it was ideling and it died. I couldn't get it started after that. I took the gas line off the carb to see it it was pushing gas into the carb.It wasn't. Whats my problem? Do the subaru gods not like me? I know it might be the fuel pump, is their anything else it could be?
  2. Hey, Everyone who posted replies to some of my questions, Thanks . I just got her lifted and back on the ground today. 4 inches. It looks tough. I will try to get some pics posted soon.
  3. I lifted my 82 GL wagon four inches. Now I am having trouble with the shifter and the 4wd shifter. I cant get reverse because the 4wd is in the way. Do I have to modify my 4wd shifter to get it out of the way? Any suggestions would help. Also, what kind of spacers have people used to extend the streering colomn?
  4. What are the ups and downs of making the hitachi carb open both barrels?
  5. Hey I am doing a homeade 4 inch lift on my 82 gl wagon. everything is going good but I want to make sure I get the strut spacer right. Does anyone know the ange I should use? I have heard 23 degrees works. Also it looks like my power steering pump is going to hit the radiator fan. I asked this question before a long time ago and someone replied that I need to tilt my engine back. HOW DO I DO THIS?
  6. Hey I just wanted to post this message to give fair warning to people that I will probably be posting a lot of questions in the near future. 7. I am starting my 4" lift on 82 wagon. Ive been looking at how it all will work and I am worried about my power stearing pulley, it looks like it will hit radiator fan. Is this a common problem? If this helps, I attempted to to put in a block heater in the freeze plug but the heater stuck out to far and got in the way of the fan. Does this sound like a problem? is it a problem? Any info would be awesome
  8. Anyone have any suggestions on what kind of shock to put on a 4" lift 82 wagon. I was told by someone that I can get a Ranch shock that will fit a 4" lift. Anyone know what type of Ranch?
