  1. I get about about 200miles to the fill up with my exhaust on. I think the new intake will help alot. I drive about 40 miles round trip everyday to work then home and then run errands in the evening. I had a tune up done so all that is good, I really think its the intake, that was the problem on my Lexus.
  2. There is something wrong with m ej22 because everyone is gettig great gas milage but me. I get about 15mpg in the city. RIght no i'm running w/out exhaust and I just got a whole 146 miles to the fill up,lol. Thats my fault, I know. I ordered a new intake so that should help alot, and of course the exhaust should get be back to about 20mpg hopfully.
  3. I looked it up on KBB and accordig to thier website my car with cosmetic damage is worth 3500 and with no damage 4000, so your right, I probley wont bother with it unless I keep getting low balled. Thanks guys
  4. On my rear passenger door of my 95 Legacy LS sedan I have a dent that can't be pulled out. The power window/locks work fine. You have to close the door by the top of the window for it to seal though, not a big deal. I will beselling this car in he next couple of weeks and just wanted to know how bad ths affected the value of it? Should I try to find a good door in a junkyard and put it on or what? I'll get pics tomorrow most likly. -Richard
  5. Ok, the seal I got from Subaru had a metal band around the bottom half of it, the one I took off didn't. They both looked the same though. I seen the spring inside of it and it is hard to see. I plan on going at it again in the morning since I'm off. I appreciate the help man. Ok also just so i don't look like a dumba**, I'm not the one that took the seal out, a friend of mine did he he forgot how it went in,lol.
  6. Anybody know which way the seal goes? Does it go with the medel rim on the outside or inside? PS: My exhaust sounds great coming straight from the header.
  7. Yeah, just the rear output seal come in and only one exhauist gasket. I am doing it tonight though. I'm tired of waiing for a damn exhaust gasket, so until my other one comes in, i'm going to be running open exhaust from the headers back. I highly doubt my vavles will freeze, it ain't that cold here.
  8. I've got around 94,000 miles on my 95 Legacy LS sedan a/t. I boough it 2 1/2 years ago at 67,000 miles. -I had to change my Rear Main Seal(where engine and tranny meet), -my crank pully fell off randomly one day, had to replace with new one, -my Rear Output Shaft Seal just went out a week or so ago and I have to change that now. If anything major happens that I can't fix or my friends and I can't fix then I'll be swapping out the engine/tranny to a JDM twin turbo combo.
  9. Ok thanks mjreilly and grossgary! I think i'm gonna do this tomorrow or the next day. I'll be sure to post how it goes. Once again Thanks for the help. BTW, do you all know what the seal is called? Driveshaft seal?
  10. When I first seen it, it looked like the cat section of the exhaust would have to come off, but I'm guessing it can be done w/out taking that off? This car has been my daily driver for 2 1/2 years now and this is the first trouble its given me. I'm used to having to fix my own problems since I own a 93 RX-7 so I'm on my back alot under a car, lol. Thanks for the help man!
  11. I found my tranny was leaking from the seal that connects it to the driveshaft. Can anyone tell me how to change it, if its really hard or just give a link to a DIY. Any help would be cool. thanks. BTW I have a 95 Legacy Ls sedan.
