  1. I'm from Colorado, though I didn't start rallycrossing until after I moved to Maryland. I'll try to help with the questions I know about. Generally the weather in September is pretty nice (usually highs in the 70s-80s and sunny), but colder rainy or snowy weather is also a real possibility. I highly recommend bringing both warm and cold weather clothing to be prepared for whatever the weather happens to be while you are there. The Colorado rallycross site http://www.coloradorallycross.org/ lists their local rules and whatnot, so hopefully that will help.
  2. Assuming that you are talking about a Legacy Outback (and not a sport), I believe the ECU should be right behind the glove box according to my Haynes Manual.
  3. That's very light for an turbocharged, awd truck. I'm may need to build one of my own some point here.
  4. I've been lurking on the forum for a bit, and was rather interested in this thread. I too have been contemplating swapping the engine and drivetrain from a STi into an old hatch or brat as a M4 rallycross car. I would guess that the end result could be quite a lot lighter and faster than a STi or even a swapped Impreza coupe. Do you know what your brat weighs now?
