  1. If you still have the perfect power 6 let me know. Would be interested in it for your asking price shipped to 98245

    Cheers!

  2. OK I HAVE A 92 LOYALE WAGON 4WD AND WAS JUST CURIOUS ON WHAT A GOOD PRICED AND GOOD PERFORMACE SHOCK WOULD BE FOR MY CAR. I HAVE ALREADY ORDERED THE KING SPRINGS FROM PRIMITIVE RACING AND I AM JUST LOOKING FOR SOMETHING THAT GIVES A GOOD RIDE AND WILL HOLD UP ON A LIL BIT OF OFFR-OADING. I HAVE BEEN LOOKING AT KYB SETUPS FOR SHOCKS AND STRUT ASSEMBLIES, THERE ABOUT 50-80 BUCKS PER WHEEL. BUT I WANTED TO SEE IF ANYBODY ELSE HAS HAD SOME EXPERINCE WITH A GOOD SHOCK SETUP. I HAVE NEVER REALLY DONE SHOCKS BUT UNDERSTAND HOW THEY WORK AND HOW TO INSTALL. ANYWAYS ANY GOOD HELP IS APPRECIATED....THANX Eric W.:banana:
  3. ONE OTHER QUESTION I HAD WAS ONCE I GET THE RADIATOR IN AND INLETS BRAZED ON IS THERE A SPECIFIC TYPE OF RADIATOR FAN THAT PEOPLE HAVE BEEN USING FOR LOYALE'S. I HAVE THE A.C. PULLED AND HAVE THE SPACE TO MOUNT THEM BUT JUST CURIOUS IF ANYBODY HAS ANY SUGGESTIONS. THANX AGIAN Eric W.
  4. OK SO I HAVE A 2.5L THATS GOING INTO MY 92 LOYALE I HAVE IT ALL READY TO GO WITH SJR ADAPTER KIT , XT6 CLUTCH KIT , PERRRIN LWCP, ETC, BUT BEFORE I PUT IN THE ENGINE I WANT TO SEE WHAT OPTIONS I HAVE FOR A RAIDIATOR FOR MY 92 LOYALE. SCOTT FROM SJR LIFT HAD MENTIONED TO ME THAT I WOULD NEED A DUAL CORE RADIATOR FROM AN EA82 TURBO MODEL. I WAS JUST CURIOUS IF THERE WAS ANY SPECIFIC YEAR, MAKE, OR MODEL THAT WOULD JUST SWAP OUT WITH THE SINGLE CORE STOCK LOYALE RADIATIOR THATS IN THERE. I WANT TO MAKE THIS AS EASY AS POSSIBLE FOR FITTAMENT. ONCE I GET THE RIGHT RADIATOR I GOING TO HAVE EJ INLETS BRAZED ONTO IT:grin: THANX GUYS AND GIRLS AND LETS MAKE THIS A USMB EFFORT.......... PEACE.......... ERIC W. :dead::dead::dead:
  5. ill keep everybody updated as i get the clutch kit and as i drop the engine into the loyale. until then Peace
  6. here is the engine bay after i pulled the 1.8l out and degreased the engine bay. it turned out pretty good looks really clean. the only other thing i will do before the engine goes in is that i will replace the c.v. axles. they were on the car when i got it and the boots look craked and one is ripped on the pass side. 130.00 for replacements A1 Cardone from summit racing. should be a good investment.
  7. ok so here is the car. i have the front end pretty much torn down and the fenders off. The loyale is in great shape everything worked when i pull the 1.8l out and the interior is in prestine condition:grin::grin:
  8. Orderd a 1990 Subaru XT6 CLUTCH KIT from Parts train today 235.00 bucks but the xt6 clutch has greater claming force wich will work better for my ea to ej swap. not really many other options out there for a ea 82 drivetrain. when it shows up ill update this thread with some pics all assembled on the engine.
  9. Went to SJR LIFT TODAY:banana: PURCHASED MY EA TO EJ ADAPTER KIT, wich includes a re-machined flywheel to fit the ej series motor, engine to transmission adapter plate, and all necessary hardware. Most people dont get to go to the shop, they just order online from scott. i got to meet him and hes a really cool guy and has some sweet riggs. THANX AGIAN SCOTT, hope to be helping you out reall soon. so here it is on my 2.5l. the blue x's are torque sealed so i know that they have been torqued to the right ft lbs.
  10. one more pic of the engine from the top. cant wait to drop this Mot@#r F&@k#r in
  11. just got my oil pressure adapter from perrin. 80 bucks but will be well worth it when i go to plumb the oil pressure:brow:
  12. Here is a picture of the engine once i got it cleaned up and ready to put in. This engine has a Perrin light Weight Crank pully, Perrin Oil pressure adapter, Gates Racing Serpentine Belt, Injen Cold air intake, Ralli-Tek Piggy Back ECU (within wiring harness) wich is a black box add on to the ECU to control ignition + - and A/F ratio along with Diffrent maps for diffrent stages of tuning. it is super clean and has been rebuit with new headgaskets, thermostats, Seals all around and full synthetic oils everytime. and i did the timing belt when the headgasket was done about. 15000 miles ago:grin: For a naturally aspirtated subaru engine its got some grunt:cool:
