Possible cheap setup I know I 'll need alot of stuff but anyone do this before so I can get a rough estimate on time and money involved? Would love a 5 speed . Thanks Mike

Why would you want a factory unit just so it matches? Because they generally suck from what ever car company.For the amount of time and money your puttin in to this you could just get like a jvc or something.

Last time I new hondas had linkage and not cables I could be wrong I know that they have all been switching or switched to computer controlled trannys and such. Plastic tends to make things smooth feeling yet readily breakable.
