I've learned that it pays off in the end to get quality parts now, than to buy cheap and have to tear it down in a few months The Flywheel shouldn't be too big of a deal, you can even look for a quality used one on craigslist or ebay classifieds, make sure there are no cracks and it's been properly resurfaced...
