how many fuel filters does the xt turbo have?

i took my xt out for a drive last night and i noticed in 5th gear i went to climb a hill i have climbed many times before, the car was losing speed going up it, never happened before. then as i came down the back side it wasn;t accereration like it normally did. then after a while going downhill it started pulling along pretty good, any thoughts? i know the car does have a exhaust leak around the first cat area. ill be looking at that tomorrow. any insights would be greatly appreciated.

does any one have the fsm for an xt turbo? i need the scan outs of the cruise control system on like how it should be hooked up and maybe diagrams on the vac lines, ect. if you could help me out i would really appreciated it.

where is the tps unit on a ea82t on a xt turbo?

my subaru xt turbo has that dang red ecs light doing its thing again. my ecs light has been on for the last 3 days, yesterday when i just barely gave it gas the light would come on. it was fighting to idle and even died going though a intersection. i pulled it over and it started right up. then i just took it out for a drive like 10 minutes ago and the ecs light will light up for a sec and then go off and it now blinks on and off like that, now how do i get the car to where i can check the codes on the ecu? and what would you thing would be possible problems?

the car is up on foothills and delta waters, the road that goes behind walmart and goes by the coke plant and keeps going up the hill till the road ends at foothills. its at the store on the right hand side. if you want i can have you follow me up, i go to medford daily for work. the car is a dark blue color and has a rear wing on it. and has liek white ea81 style rims on it.

my xt turbo shows up as a gl-10 package on my title.

i took all of the stuff off of the car but the wiring. im having the problem of finding where the wire come though the firewall at.

i seen a turbo subaru sedan with a dual range tranny and a blue and black checkered seats very simular to my xt front seats. it did have a digi dash but did i find the winged pegasus?

i was thinking about the lights on a xt how they retract. and how cool it would look if they winked on say a date? then i thought a little more, what if i had a way to get both lights up, then get one to drop and have like a cat call sound all at the same time. or maybe have a remote from like a car alarm to activate the lights from the out side with the engine turned off and have it wink and whistle. what wouls it take to have my xt able to do this?

i was driving my xt back from town, and i went to shift and the pedel was lighter than normal for a few miles, then it went back to how it was. then a little later down the road at a stoplight the clutch as i was engauging it made liek it was slipping. through first and seccond. but in the upper gears it ran just fine. any thoughts?

wow good call i see on the throttle bldy where it has popped up a little. i will reclamp it down once it cools off then ill give it a run to see if thats all, thanks for responding so quickly

ok i got my turbo changed out and i ran it all day, it didn't have quite the boost it had before but it is better than it had been. i was going back into town for gas and i had the car floored and it started to decelerate. then i put the pedel about 1/3 troddle and the car accelerated, now when i hit the turbo hard i hear a big air leak from some where. any thoughts or ways to fix this would be really apreciated.

then how come i have seen ej22tt ( thats right twin turbo) engines on ebay?

i got the up and down pipes disconnected. im just seem to be attached to some water and oil hoses from the bottom. how the heck do i disconnect them? is a turbo replacment really that hard?

woah boy, so a turbo off of a turbo tbird will bolt right on? hehehe there are 2 turbo t birds in the jy here.

yeah what turbos are a close replacement for the vf7 turbo? as far as bolting it on goes?

yeah my xt turbo is whining a little louder than normal. could this be a sign of my hearing coming back or my turbo going bye bye? so far i haven't lost power and oil is find, no over heating thus far. what other things do i need to look out for?

i was going to a dance, turned my car off and everything. i got bored with the dance and started my car up to leave. i started the car up and went to turn on the lights. as i hit the switch the back light on my dash went out and my head light and parking light wouldn't come on. i kept trying to get them on with nothing. i checked all the fuses and fusible links and everything looked good. i turned on the switch killed the motor then turned the motor back on and then my light and everything came on like normal. where do i need to check so that doesn't happen again?
