  1. Hey Brayn, I'm interested in that carburator if it's the carter/weber stock single barrel type. I've got 2 1982 brats. The one I'm still workin on is a GL type, t-top with pullout fun windows in the roof. The 82 that I'm drivin is 2000 short of 300,000 miles, original engine, 3rd tranmission...these things are great. anyway if you want to get rid of that carb, email me. I do have a working hitachi 2-barrel, but the choke is missing its elec. connection. can send you a photo. I did buy a rebuilt stock carter/weber from a place called Carburator Exchange. Found them on the internet.

  2. Hey brayn struts will work for your brat send me and email Brushdaddy@live.com

  3. Hey make me an offer on those tail lights and bed trim.

    Cheers R

    Hey there,

To turn on private messaging, go into User CP. On the left, under 'Settings and Options', click 'Edit Options'. Scroll down to 'Messaging & Notification'. Under there, you'll find a check box for 'Enable Private Messaging'. Make sure it's checked and you should be good to go.

To send a PM, find a post from someone you want to send a message to. Click their name and you should get a 'Send private message' option. I don't get email notification on visitor messages but do on PMs, so can respond a lot better if PMs are enabled.

Yeah, I'm sure that comes from some user problem on my end. I just found this site and have been gettin used to working with it the last couple weeks. Just let me know how to get ahold of you to work this out please.

  6. I have an 84 Brat that I picked up from a guy locally a couple months back that is in good to very good condition. One problem I am having though is with the speedometer. Sometimes it works fine, but most of the time the needle just goes all the way around and buries itself on the bottom when I start moving. Anyone had this problem or know what might be causing it?
