  1. And here is a Justy with our mud flaps. Original Subaru. http://cgi.ebay.de/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=18277&item=4547077218&rd=1&ssPageName=WDVW Lukas
  2. Of course Navi and a board computer is available in europe, in the H6 its stock without any extra Euro to pay. The AT Legacys dont have Dual Range, only the MT ones. You have seen a Legacy Touring Wagon 2,5. It has the double exhaust and no 17 inch rims. The H6 Touring Wagons has double exhaust and 17inch rims and the 2,0 Touring Wagon has 16 inch rims but only one exhaust. Lukas
  3. Sorry but I dont know someone that did something like that. The car is a full option car with heated seats, electric sunroof and some other stuff that I could only dream about before. Its atlantic blue and black/silver inside with the stock alloy wheels and with the chrome grill. Lukas
  4. Today we made our first trip with our new Outback Dual Range... Its a blast to drive, so smooth and quiet inside and co comfortable and fast. I took a few pictures, I will post them in a few days. I love our new car. Now we have a 00 Toyota LandCruiser 3,0 Turbo Diesel (dads car), the 05 Outback 2,5 DR AWD (dads second car), a 03 VW Polo 1,4 AT (mums car) and my 89 Leone Dual Range. Lukas
  5. Of course we had body kits and Special Edition Justys and EA82s. The EA82 was available with a bodykit, even the Touring Wagon. The Justys were also available with body kits and low suspensions and wide tires. Lukas
  6. The Outback arrived at his new garage yesterday evening. Damn I am in love again! Its a full option car with nearly everything you can imagine. Even the winter tires with alloy wheels cost us 0,00 Euro! I will post pics on monday, tomorrow my family and I are going to make a little trip with our new car so we can get used to each other. I love it, but nothing compares to my old Soob. Lukas
  7. The old ones never came to Europe, only Switzerland had a few. There were four Gen 1 Brats imported to austria in the early 80s, but all 4 are gone (rust, rust, rust). The Subaru Import to Europe started in 1979. Lukas
  8. Anyone should put a history of the old Soobs in here with pictures and facts about the old ones... Subarus are imported to austria since 1979, so I dont know nothing about the old ones. Lukas
  9. But there are no parts on this vehicle. Its a shell, not more. No engine, no interieur, no nothing for 490 Dollar...:-\ L
  10. I dont understand why... Its not a car, its a shell, not more. Lukas
  11. You can use it as a parts car only, but there are no parts anymore... Lukas
  12. Fix it, marry her and be happy:lol: Just joking;) Lukas
  13. No, dont part this red one out! Its a rare car, it will be a collectors car in e few years. Lukas
  14. Congratulations:banana: ! Have fun with her and maybe you will have little Soobs soon;) ... L
  15. I like the wheels, I think I have seen such wheels somewhere before;) : Lukas
  16. If I understand this the right way, you have a big chance of serious injury. So these results say, that the EA82 is an unsafe vehicle, dont they? Not good. Lukas
  17. I know, a roll cage will make my Touring Wagon a lot safer, but I dont want to drive a rally car inside... I know that seat belts are very important, but I dont know if the body structure of the EA82 is stiff enough to stand a frontal impact with 50km/h. The http://www.euroncap.com/ tests the cars with 64km/h and the new cars are so safe that you have a big chance to walk away after a frontal impact with 64km/h. Look at the ratings. Lukas
  18. I am very interested in these tests. Do you have a link or more informations? Here in europe we dont have these bad automatic seat belts. We have 3 point belts (thats what they are called here: 3 Punkt Gurte). Lukas
  19. Hallo and good morning:) ! My father works as an Emergency surgeon and so I have seen many accidents myself. I know its very important to have a stiff car strucutre in case of an accident with a safety cage protecting you. Now I want to know how stiff the EA82 is, because I dont want to risk my life more then necessary when driving a car. Is the driver's survival space maintained well in the EA82? I know the EA82 has no airbags (a big improvement in safety) or side impact protection systems like Volvo, but is the EA82 stiff enough to stand a frontal offset crash at for example 35 mph? The head restraints used in the EA82 are also just a joke. They are very little and so they protect your head very bad in case of a rear impact. I have seen accidents with killed people and I am sometimes thinking of selling my beloved EA82 and buying a car with good crash ratings. What do you guys and girls think? Lukas
  20. The Dual Range is not only for off road use. We use it here on road for better torque and more gears when you are going uphill. Its fun to kick the 3LO in at the end of a village and the car has better power when you want to take somebody over an a country road. The Dual Range is also very good for towing trailers. The clutch will thank you;)! Lukas (Dual Range for OffRoad use: every Soob before the Legacy1, Dual Range for On Road use: every Soob without Turbo since the Legacy1)
  21. You are right! Today I had the first chance to look at it. WOOOOOW!!!! It has heated seats, tempomatic, Dual Range, sunroof, its blue, everything is electrin inside. Cant wait to drive it! We are getting it next week. Lukas
  22. We got a call from our Subaru Dealer this morning. He said our Outback arrived!! Tomorrow I have the first chance to look at it. Did I say its an Outback 2,5 Dual Range??? :-p Lukas, pictures to come tomorrow
  23. First I thought its an april joke! You not gonna have the "Subi-Sound" anymore:-\! The batteries are very heavy, you have to charge it very often and its not a "real" Subaru anymore. My 2 cents. Lukas
