  1. got the carb kit in the other day waitin on the fly wheel to come back... looking at a few different options there i will let yall know how it works getting the c/v shafts back next week just need to find the right sprocket chain combo for what i want i will keep yall posted
  2. well guys update found a carb good for rebuild sittin around today need to get an adapter plate for it was told some one on here makes em but not sure who any leads thanks
  3. 2 donors for my buggy... both with 200000 plus pulled the carbs off hooked up a fresh battery fed em a lil gas and they both run great cant wait to get the buggy finished working on the drive line now
  4. stoked... found a weber 32/36 sittin around the house today

  5. thanks yall... its goin on top of the 81 witch is running a sand rail got a very interesting drive system coming pics on the way side note... Twitch how did that build work out got me thinkin about the ea-82 pistons into the ea-81 engine what were your safe shave tolerances
  6. has anyone ever tried a chain drive system with the mt-5 trans i am doing this for a number of reasons primarily due to the placement of the engine/trans in relation to the location of the rear wheels secondly is ground clearance thirdly is the reason for a 4 wd trans so i could tub out the buggy and hit some deep water with a prop out the back the finished product is gonna be interesting to say the least an thoughts about the system has anyone tried it yet thanks for the thought yall tampaboater pictures to come build it... beat on it... break it... rebuild it better
  7. well im in the process of a dune buggy build with an ea-81 i am at the point im looking around for a new/updated carb. preferably without all the vacume lines and such any suggestions thanks
