Hey everyone new here and also pretty new with a carburetor. I had my carb rebuilt and now i need to adjust it. I found the screw in front and thought that was it i adjusted it to get idle right now its getting to much gas so assuming that was the air/fuel adjustment. So ppl saying to get to the others i need to remove the roll pin. My questing is where is the roll pin and what does it look like. If anybody has a pic or can have detailed instructions that would help a lot. Thanks

LilLink1 replied to Ofeargall's topic in Old Gen.: 80's GL/DL/XT/Loyales...
When i bought my GL i was driving home turned on the heater and there was this horrible smell comming out and not to mention heater dont work i knew something had died in the vent come to find out there was about 5 dead mice in the vents I had to drive 150 miles smelling it. -
hello everyone new to the forum. Glad to see a forum for the older subies i own an 85 GL sedan. looking forward to all the great post and hopefuly find some parts to keep the GL going strong.

no you read it right im still on the fence of if i want to raise it or lower it. I like the look of the off road but also like the look of lowered. A lot of guys do the raised and i dont want to look like all the other GLs out there.

im sure this has been posted several times but i have an 85 GL and looking to either raise it or lower it what suspension can i use or where can i get it. Is there any newer subies with compatable mounts even if needing a little mod or no.
