  1. Sup folks Just recently started to hear that rhythmic tapping of a fuel pump on its way out. Personally I've never had a problem with Import Direct pumps but those were non-subis. I hate electrics for this reason, some brands get it right others don't and can vary in quality from make and model. So whos good?
  2. How bout what have you done to A subi lately... Just finished lifting a buddy's Outback, Forrester strut assembly and 1" spacers. Overall lift 2.5-3"
  3. Make sure your throttle cable has slack, tension will leave it open and not sit on the idle screw
  4. Green - normal Orange - dexcool Gold - universal Never mix green and orange, gold is good for both colors
  5. He doesn't go cheap when it comes to maintaining his rigs, fluids got changed in Nov changed again just a few days ago Seems to me that an oring might be cracked on cyls 1 and 4 injectors, acting like it's loading up at an idle
  6. Plugs and wires were done last year, NGKs are what was put into it
  7. Yup Was getting a miss on 1 and 4 blinking CEL when gunned, no longer blinking Both coils have the same possible miswire
  8. Buddy's rig helping him out anyways... Transition year coil Looking at the harness and coil comparatively, the red and yellow wires are swapped on the coil, should I repin it to the harness? Ran across this sort of thing several times before with aftermarket parts on other makes and proper thing was to repin it to the harness. Subarus any different?
  9. Might have this backwards... Too much tension the belt walks in Not enough the belt walks out
  10. Buddy got his 92 for $800 rust free externally, everything works even got an extra set of tires and rims, scrap weight your only looking at $200 really
  11. Sorry should have put the year, it's a buddy's 92 Loyale
