I have 1990 subuaru loyale wagon. Recently at highway speed the car kind of sputterd just a bit then back to business. Then suddenly at idle sprrd she quit and quickly acted like a backfire and wont start. I borrowed a fuel guage kit and it reads 20 psi. help plase?
