  1. Here is a 86 brat, I think it's only one in Guam. Still a work in progress. -Josh
  2. Actually I am. Dean(dfoyl) has been really helpful in getting me some parts. Here's a few updated pictures: Couldn't find any doors, fenders, hood or rockers. Had them all custom made.
  3. So I think I figured out the alternator wiring, looked on line and found how to wire it up. But still having trouble trying to wire up the third eye( cyclops light). Anyone have a diagram or write ups on how to wire. I have a factory mistuba relay but don't know when the two green wire go after. Thanks for the help. -josh
  4. Beechbm69: not to many junk yard around here, and unfortunately most of the older car are already deteriorated. If you get a chance I greatly appreciated it. Djellum: I'll try the zip tie trick, hopefully that will fix it. If the SJR kit came with the blocks for the radius arms then yes I have lifted that as well. I'll take a picture of that also to make sure it's the right one. Is there anything else im missing to complete the front? I also have this: I've been trying to wire it up and can't seem to get it working. I followed the 6 plug from the light to the 6 plug to the relay (I think) and just wired it up base on the color then I ran the two green wires after to a relay and switch. Once I tried plugged it in, I started hearing cracking noises, but once I turn the switch on the noise went away. Anyone encountered this problem before? Or anyone have any avice on wiring? Thanks.
  5. It will be a daily driver, I will look into the alignment. I drop the crossmember already but not to sure about the radius rod. Where is that located? After the lift I tried putting all the engine components back. Now I have this small kink in my lower radiator hose. Would I need to put a flexible hose? Or can I modify the old one? I was surprised the upper hose was fine. I've been reading that that's the one that needs to be replaced. On another note, I've also replace my alternator with a maxima radiator, just wonder which wires goes to what? Thanks again.
  6. Thanks for the help turned it around and re installed it, it was a pretty tight fit. Just a slight camber left. I'll try rolling it back once I finish the back. You think I might need an alignment after? Anyone know the bolt size and thread for the rear axle? Bolt broke when I was trying to remove for the lift blocks. Thanks again.
  7. I actually purchased the set from another board member here. I've also tried reversing it but it would not fit up. The strut tops were hitting the fender wall. I'll try it again and hopefully It will work. I'll be sure to roll it back as well once I finish the rear lift. Thanks for all the advice.
  8. Hello, Just lifted the front end of my 86 brat. Now this is what I got.. How do I fix the camber? Thanks in advance.
  9. Getting the rust out!
  10. Have been having issues posting pics. Heres a few updates. A work in progress.
  11. Hello, I want to replace my steering wheel and I cannot seem to find a hub adapter. Does anybody know what kind of steering wheel hub adapter I can use on a 86 brat? Pics would help as well. Or better yet anyone have one for sale? Or know where I can buy one. Thanks. Josh
  12. Stripped it down, getting ready to bring it to the body shop. Hoping to find air conditioning system..
  13. This is my 1986 Brat. It had some engine problems when i first got it but now runs well. It is still in pretty rough shape bodywise though... And needs alot of body work. Working on restoring it little by little but living all the way in Guam its pretty hard to find parts.
