  1. I must also add that I've sprayed PB Blaster on it, but after the fact and I was using a 6 point socket with a breaker bar. I was using an impact motion to try to make it break, but they still rounded. It's also odd that on the ones that did break had pressurized liquid come bubbling up out of it. I suspect this is the reason the cap bolts were so tight making them round off. Is there a way to relieve this pressure, or do I need to get an extractor socket set?
  2. I'm new to this board, but I'm on several other ones. I need to know the answers to this problem quickly, please help! I'm doing the head gaskets on my 1998 Legacy Outback EJ25 DOHC. I've rounded off several of the cam cap bolts on the passenger side head because the metal is very soft. 1. How can I remove these bolts without getting metal shavings in my head? 2. What can I do to prevent having the same problem on the other head? Thanks in advance.
