Had head gasket go out in driveway. Didn’t get hot because I didn’t drive it far. So wasn’t concerned with warping. Put in new gaskets, torqued in sequence. I think it was 22 ft lbs, then 27 up to 42. Replaced intake gaskets as well. Stated up...still blew steam. Pulled plugs/ coolant in all cylinders soooo was head warped? It so wouldn’t I just have coolant in cylinders in affected side? If intake or carb gaskets bad, how much coolant would I loose? Cause it drained quite a bit from radiator pretty quick. need “short” term fix, maybe double gasket until I can get heads machined?? am I missing anything?? FRUSTRATED

FUEL PUMP NOT WORKING, READ THAT IT WONT WORK IF ALT. DOES NOT PUT OUT ENOUGH JUICE. ALT. SEEMS NOT TO BE CHARGING BATTERY. CHECKED TWO WIRES FROM PLUG ON BACK OF ALT. BOTH GO INTO PLUG COMING OUT OF WHAT I THINK IS THE CVR ON PASSANGER FENDER (MEDIUM SIZE GOLD BOX) SECOND BLACK WIRE GOES FROM SINGLE BOLT ON BACK OF ALT. INTO ANOTHER SMALL SINGLE PLUG ALSO GOING INTO CVR--THATS ALL THE WIRING. DOES THAT SEEM RIGHT?
