  1. I got it figured out guys! Thanks.i used the original hose of the eA82. Actually worked perfect. I found behind my workbench.
  2. I have an 82 brat I am swapping to Fuel injection using @GeneralDisorder guide. I have everything in place and wired up. My issues are as follows. I am only getting 6 volts at the coil. And I'm not getting any spark. My fuel pump works. But only shoots fuel when it is hard wired. It won't turn on in test mode. Nor when I crank it I don't think. The ecu blinks at me when my key is in on which is a good thing I think And the engine turns over. I have looked and read, then looked and read, then looked and read again through the guide and my harness and I really believe I have everything hooked up correctly. Minus the neutral switch and cel wire. Any any any help would be Uber appreciated!!!
  3. I am almost done with the swap but I'm at a bit of a loss as to what to do with the coolant hose.
  4. I found an 89 that's manual so I'll pull that and it will be easier from there plus the throttle body looks way better
  5. Then I'm guessing the wiring harness was butchered at some point ahead of me. I'm haveing troubles with it.
  6. Thanks gd any chance you have a ecu pinout diagram for a 93 loyale. I'm using your spfi write up. But the 93 pinouts don't match up to your diagram. The parts car was a 93 loyale auto.

Its in my 82 brat just trying to figure out if I can use the disty parts from the Carter attached brat to switch to fuel injection I have the ea82 disty as well since I have to switch the gears over. I'm just wondering if I need to find a disty from a Hitachi attached ea81 or if the Carter will work
  8. I have been scouring the forums for the answer. Is the distributor with the Carter carb different than the distributor with a Hitachi carb

  10. GeneralDisorder made an amazing write up of the EA81 spfi swap but I have a few questions regarding it. I pulled all the parts from a 93 Loyal auto.(silver ecu). Questions 1. Will the auto ecu work in a manual brat. 2. Exactly what parts of the wireing harness can I cut out. 3. Do I replace the brats ecu or am I running both. Thank you in advance.
