i am amazed that some one was looking back that far to offer a set of covers to a guy that has sold the car that he was asking about at the time and then the guy says hey there free maybe austin can put them on the wall and say this was when i once owned my xt

i was thinking about going back and geting the seats out of it but well today it rained so i guess that is out now:). its kinda funny my car is white with red doors but soon i am going to get white vinyl and put it on the doors untill it comes time to paint. i need all the window parts and it was easier to change the doors so if any one needs parts off the old ones let me know. ok well that is about all for now dave

Hey the guy that painted the hydroplane that i worked on last year has a shop and i could probably get you a good deal there and one of the guys i work with there took his car in there and you can never tell that the trunk was up to the back of the drivers seat let me know dave

hey i was wondering if any one out there knows about puting radios in to the xt's. Austin and I would like to put radios in our xt's but some one has hacked the harness in both of our xt's we were wondering if any one has the diagram or if any one has done it and wrote down what wire goes where and what to use for the antena? thanks Dave lemons

now that i have an xt i am thinking about building another one from scrap a turbo with spider intake and top mount intercooler and working air ride:drunk: this shal be fun dave:headbang:

I think that the older subaru racers should push for there own class. i havent done any rally x yet but. i am an scca member on the road racing side of the oregon regon. they treat my class small about 8-10 cars total as good as a gt class with 30+ entrys a weekend. another non scca santion that i am with decided that there were not enugh open wheel cars at the races to have 2 diffrent groups out on track at a time decided to put all of the open wheel cars out there at one time showing that they werent intrested in us. i think that if we get enugh people togeather here we can have out own class out there. hope to rally soon Dave:wave:

hi austin (ratty) and i put an ea81 engine and 4spd trany in his 1980 gl with noproblems then we decided to go and put a 5spd in it and we had to change the cross member that we got from jerry (specialy made 5spd kit) but we didnt have to change any thing when we put in the 4spd. hope this helps Dave

austin what is this you you you crap about you geting the 5spd in if memory serves me corectly you wanted to give up go home leave your car in my gaurage for me to finish and when we were at jerrys house he prety much told us how to fix this and well i had a pretty good understanding of how it would be done. when i instaled your 5spd kit it look f***in aswome keep up the great work and jerry i will be bringing your motor soon. dave
