  1. Ya thats a nice one for sure. I sure wish I had it. It would have stayed stock and would be driven on road only. To me that is borderline abuse for a car in that condition. I guess I am in the minority though. BTW, who did the lousy re-make of war pigs?
  2. I just did an engine swap with two 93 EJ22's and one had the plastic cover and one had the metal cover.
  3. I am aware of the access cover and you are correct, it is at the right front corner of the trunk. I had to replace the fuel pump and after that the hose started leaking. I was wondering about the routing of the hose.
  4. I have a 93 Legacy sedan FWD and the fuel feed hose from the fuel pump is split and spraying fuel. Has anybody had this problem? I am wondering if the tank will need to be dropped to replace this line and if so how involved is it to drop the tank? This is FWD not AWD. Thanks
  5. Thanks for the replies. I will throw it in. I really appreciate all the help.
  6. I read on here about using an OEM thermostat so I bought one and when I went to put it in the car had an aftermarket one in already. My question is where should the little bleeder be positioned?
  7. I had the deal all worked out but when I went to get it I saw the rockers and drivers floor were rusted out:banghead: . I left it there because I don't have the money or the welding knowledge to repair it. I would bet it is still there complete. They had had it for a year and it was still complete so I would bet a few months hasn't made a difference. They had the title also.
  8. What is the scoop on this car? General condition etc. There is no pictures of the passenger side or hatch. Just curious:)
  9. The switch is hanging up even with the lock cyl removed so I was going to use the one out of a parts car I have. No electrical issues.
  10. Has anybody had to replace the ignition switch on a Legacy? It looks like the head on the screws breaks off when installed at the factory. There does not appear to be enough room to drill them out. If anyone knows the procedure to remove the switch from the column it would really help a lot. Thanks!
  11. Thanks noahDL88 for the help. That helps a lot. Sorry for the vague question. It's a 93 Legacy sedan auto. I really appreciate the reply.
  12. Any advice/tips on how to remove an EJ22 would be greatly appreciated.
