Has anyone had any experience chasing water leaks into the hatch area of their EA82 3-door coupes? I have a feeling it's coming from the taillamps/trim panel, but I suppose it could be coming from the hatch itself too. Anyone solve this problem? I've got two coupes and they both enjoy collecting water in their smuggler's hatches.

When it’s absolutely dumping rain, my car’s abs light will flash intermittently, usually relating to a hard stop, corner, or hitting some washboard roads. Now, after a big storm 2 days ago, the problem persists. If I crank the wheel, hit the brakes pretty hard or hit some good old Michigan potholes, the abs light will come on for maybe half a second, causing the radio to cut out. I don’t really know where to start. I’ve played with all the connectors and it won’t pop on at all. Anyone have any ideas of where I should start this goose chase? Thanks- CL

My 84 DL wagon leaks rainwater from the extreme right (passenger) corner of the bottom side of the glovebox onto the shelf and soaks the floor/carpet with each rainstorm (leaving a nice musty smell) . I had a cracked windshield replaced, and this did not solve the problem. I removed the cowl grill and looked for a drain that may be plugged but could see no evidence of a drain due to the horizontal fin welded in the duct. Is there a water drain that can be opened up? Will the dash have to be removed to locate it??
