I've got a set of EA82 turbo heads off of my 1987 GL-10 wagon. Motor lost a rod bearing in the bottom end, but there was no sign of failure from the top end. Includes intake, fuel rails, etc.... Finally did the EJ22 swap after doing one on my Vanagon, so I don't need these goodies anymore! Make me an offer, I was thinking in the neighborhood of $100. I am in the Portland area if you want to pick them up, since the cost of shipping would be atrocious.

looking to source a remanufactured ea81, just the short block. Or a good working one that could maybe use a rebuild. Anyone in Seattle area have leads? Also curious if anyone has delt with engineHaus in Gig Harbor?? Thanks for any help!

i know its been discussed a few times before on here, but just wondering the difference between the 1/2/3 gen heads for an EA82T other than just the composition of the metal??? what brought up the question is that i noticed the metal oil line from the head going in/out of the turbo is different between 1st and 2nd gen my 87 GL Turbo has 2nd gen heads w/235,000 miles and 87 RX Turbo has 1st gen heads w/245,000 miles 1st has ea82 with no marks 2nd has ea82 underlined 3rd has ea82 boxed in -
Just finished up some engine swapping and have an extra EA82 engine and a lot of engine parts. Including: - Short block 100$ OBO (NOT rebuilt. about 150k miles, cylinders are clean almost no ridge, was running, doesn't even need rebuild - just put back together) - Heads 25$ each OBO (needs valve job) - Long block 140$ OBO - Oil pump - Water pump - All pulleys - Valve covers - Some timing belt covers and the tensioners - Flywheel - Oil pan -Engine mounts - Ask if you don't see the part you're looking for, I may have it NO -Alternator - Intake manifold - Carburetor - Transmission - Radiator - Power steering - AC - Distributor email chasewell@gmail.com I can give you pictures or more history or information about any of these parts. Hey guys, I have a 98 Impreza Outback Sport with a second gen 2.2, the timing belt tensioner ripped the threads out, thus the belt fell off. It needs new heads to say the least. Anyway, I managed to find a set of 93 legacy 2.2 heads for super cheap, but I wanted to make sure they would fit. I have a headgasket kit for a 96 Impreza 2.2 laying around which I'm planning to use. I know the exhaust ports are different, dual port for the 93, and single for the 98, but are there any other differences? Will this HG kit fit, and will everything work together except for the headers? Thanks guys! Robert -
I have two Subaru heads that I believe are from a EA61 1400. I'm looking for $80 each or $150 for the pair. Would prefer pickup, but will ship. Open to trades for 1st generation Brat parts!
