88 Justy onto Nissan 4x4 with a EJ

Heres the 88 Justy I just picked up its going onto my Modified Nissan runnin gear with a EJ 2.2

 

specs subject to change as I may have A.D.D.

 

88 Justy Body

2.2 EJ with Delta torque cams and daul webers

Nissan 720 runin gear

33" radial Swampers

transverse rear spring with center pivot for flex

Nuclear Flux Capacitor in the works with Austins help ' thanks Buddy '

then look up any version of nissan truck and watch it wheel.....

 

though... I want to see the rear suspension in action, and also hear how it rides... and how the back end handles body roll since there's only 1 center mount point to the spring...

 

I would also suggest the interior of that thing be caged :)

+1, I've never seen any mod like that in action.

IDK about caging it though...It's not going to be a rockcrawler, and that would increase the weight quite a bit. Wouldn't that articulated rear actually prevent a roll-over?

for the events we have around here, if you put a diff body on a frame that wasn't built to handle the weight of the driveline/frame in a rollover, we require a cage. Example: Chevy Luv body on a 1-Ton frame/axles...

nothing mounted will start at the radiator, mount that then set the engine to rad distance then hook up engine tranny driveline to t-case that will tell me were the body to frame will be mounted looks like body need to o back about 5" on the frame as pictured above , fun stuff , make it all fit
