AKghandi
I just got an 86fwd xt with bad rear struts and I was wondering would 4x4 wagon struts lift or lower it? I'll find out when I got swap them I'd just like to know before hand thanks
Caboobaroo
It'll lift it about 2" or so. If you look where they bolt to on the 2wd trailing arms vs the 4wd, you'll notice on the 2wd they bolt in where the axles go on the 4wd. AKghandi
Would it do the same in the front? And thanks
87.5ea82txt
4wd rear xt struts on a 2wd xt should lower it about 2", likewise rear 2wd xt struts on on a 4wd xt will lift it about 2". Not sure what you can do about the fronts other than shorter springs as the xt front struts are the shortest ea82 struts unless you go with a 5 lug swap and impreza lowering springs and struts. There should be write up on that.
AKghandi
Well with 4x4 wagon struts in the back it should make it sit about level right? Thatd be a good look
