I'm not worried about the extra wiring work involved when using a Bosch universal O2 sensor, I just wanna know that it's not gonna cause problems with the pcm or fuel trim system. 1-3-2-4 Posted February 10, 2013 Share Posted February 10, 2013 I only use Denso 02 sensors, my front one is Denso and I need to buy the rear sensor as I bent the part were the wires come out so I have a code, might as well get Denso for that too. Fairtax4me Posted February 10, 2013 Share Posted February 10, 2013 The old one wire sensors were fine, but the multi-wire universals have a poor reputation for reliability. Have one that has just failed in my mothers Camry after only about 2 years. Worked great until about a month ago then fuel economy went to hell and it popped a CEL codes p1130 and p0171.
