I want a 2litre car which has the most power output between the '00 and the '03 versions. I'm also curious if mods are easily available for both cars. Noob. Subaru_dude Posted July 15, 2013 Share Posted July 15, 2013 Pretty sure that'll be the sohc 2.5 in whatever Forester you buy in those years. The only other engine would be turbo and honestly I don't even have a clue if your market would have any. I'm no expert on the "newer" stuff but whatever you look at will have the sohc 2.5.
