Hi all, I own a Subaru Impreza 2006 model. Recently I met with a problem. When we apply break the car is turning to left side with a crunching sound. Anybody knows about this problem. If so please give me some solution. Should I go for a complete brake service? When I was in Edmonton I always used to get services from Apex Specialized Automotive Inc. Now I shifted to Toronto. I don't know where can I find good services for my car.

1. The slide pins are sticking.  Clean/regrease them or replace/throw away the slide pin bushing if it's causing it to stick.

on legacy/outbacks I throw the slide pin bushings away - they routinely swell and seize/stick in the slide pin bores and are unnecessary.

2. probably need new brake pads
