BrooklynAdam
Cannot for the life of me find where the #5 cylinder is located to change the coil pack. So me - no idea but my neighbor has been a diesel mechanic all his life and asked me to find the location of the #5 cylinder ... would appreciate help. Also - is Thais something relatively easy I hate to bust his chops and if it’s a pain I’ll just bring it to a mechanic

Assuming it's an EZ30, sitting in the car, the right side bank is cyl #1 at the front of the car, #3 next moving back towards the firewall, and last is number 5' the left side is 2, 4,
idosubaru
picture above, rear passenger side plug. why do you think it's the coil pack? if this wasn't properly diagnosed then it's often something else.
