AnonymousUser42069
Hello all, I recently picked up an elderly person's 96 Outback. Everything on it checked out and I was hooked. The vehicle has taken me further than the original owner's ever travelled. I would like to keep it in good shape and convert it into a better more robust camping rig. First things first: the clink behind the rear left wheel (the hell is that?), the mildew trunk smell, building a trunk bed, and the off center steering. How do I fix these things? I already tried hitting everything with a hammer and emptying out all the cubby holes and spare well to minimize sound. Suggestions would be cool.
