Agman Posted December 12, 2019 Share Posted December 12, 2019 The seat belts are hard to put on. the tension needs to be softer/easyer. The back seat belts are perfect. I noticed the 2020 Crosstrek in the showroom was very easy to use. What can I do?? The dealership offered to get a new seat belt assembly but it had to be ordered in concert with my VIN number.
