Newbie from TN

Hi, new guy from TN.  After wanting a BRAT for 40 years, finally got one...

Sitting under a tree, "Ran when I parked it there"....  Ignition switch broken so raided my stash and rewired. Now will run on fuel supplied directly to the carb but the fuel pump itself is very noisy and not pumping fuel.  But I have a BRAT! and all sorts of plans for it.....

Danny Williams in Johnson City or near there these days , he is/was a junkie for those 80-84 Coupes and in general a Gen Two guy. If you’re local or find Danny on the Internet he may be helpful down the line. I’m pretty sure he had parts yet to unload and maybe a Brat or Hatchback to help you out.

“dannybreadman”  - definitely on eBay , and maybe here too.

Not that your Brat needs anything , looks great.

But I don’t have to tell you about being on the east side of the USA and how rare these are becoming.

Enjoy !

Looks like an awesome project!

The single port injection from the Pontiac is an interesting way to go about it.

And was that a snapped bolt in the cylinder? That’d be annoying to say the least!

Cheers
