StevenC Posted March 29, 2020 Share Posted March 29, 2020 I’m looking at buying a 2016 Outback. 2.5. My concern is the 142k miles on it. It’s history shows regular service but that’s a lot of miles. Any specifics I might want to be concerned about? Clean. No leakage. Sales guy said this car has a timing chain vs belt. Pro’s / Cons on that? (price of 9950.00). But that is just me. I think it is just like buying any used car you could buy it and drive it to 220,000 miles and never have a problem.
