busdriver
My master cylinder seems to be leaking brake fluid where the plastic tank connects to the metal portion. The rubber seals must be worn or something. Question is where can I find a seal kit for this online. Or maybe even a master cylinder. It's a 1987 GL-10T wagon. Many thanks in advance. lmdew
Try your local auto yard. If you do find one, check the MC stepping on the brakes. When you disconnect the MC resist the temptation to apply a full stroke to the MC. The brakes when working properly only use a small portion of the stroke and you don't want to mess the seals by pushing them into areas they don't normally go. Same goes for bleeding the system when you install a used MC. Check 1stsubaruparts.com for seals. If you are stuck, I can pull one for 40+shipping from 80916. calebz
Auto or manual? I have one for a 5 speed here somewhere. Its from an 88 GL-10 TurboWagon.. I got it for mine, but mine has one out of an auto and i don't feel like going through the effort to change the lines for the HH
