t-case conversion?

do a compression test on the dead cylinder, and find out if its an easy fix, if so you could probably sell the engine for some loot to get part of the 500 back,, the real question is, would it be cheaper to get the whole truck and rear axle if you wanted to put that in the back of your subie; provided its 3.9 or if its cheaper to go to the PAP and pull a t case and driveshafts.
