I watched a road race last weekend in which there was an old VW that had a supercharged 6-cylinder Porshe engine whooping on everything else. some of the last kombi's to come to NZ and Australia had the porche 2L flat 4 installed in them as factory, they gave the Ford and Holden V8's a run for their money, especially on gravel 'Rallyvan!!!'
