I have a Subaru Justy (998cc engine) and I wish to upgrade the carb to a Weber, do you think it is possible? As the factory carb is down draft type do you think that I should use a similar configuration or should I use a side draft? GLCraig Posted March 7, 2005 Share Posted March 7, 2005 It probably could be done, you would just need the right adapter to bolt the weber to your intake manifold and get the right jetting. The carb base of the justy is similar or possibly the same as the EA82. Another option that would take more work is to find the pieces to convert your Justy to fuel injection.
