I'm the owner of an '04 WRX, but my first car ever was a 1982 BRAT - yellow with red BRAT stickers running up the side. I remember it well - what a great vehicle. Everybody loved the sidesteps and the seats in back, though if I recall - and this was a long time ago - one of the sidesteps wasn't functional. Well the reason I'm posting this is I need to see if anybody on this board owns a '70s 1400dl wagon. I'm trying to gather some info on the vehicle. Can anybody help? If so please PM me or e-mail me at tondrei@yahoo.com. ANY help is appreciated. I've had no luck finding any info about these fine vehicles from any other sources. Thanks. moosens Posted April 26, 2005 Share Posted April 26, 2005 You can email me about 1400 Subarus.I've owned at least 6 of them in my life and currently have one car with the EA63 and a spare engine.I also have a few friends with knowledge of the early Subarus from '72-76,a.k.a. the 1400 era in the US.
